We are taking International Women’s Day as an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our Business Development Manager, Joy Ashforth, who departed ways with the business on Friday after almost two years with us.
Joy started out at BHHC (Bennett Hear4U and Healthscreen Companies) in May 2018 as a Logistic Coordinator for our sister company, Healthscreen UK, and remained there for over two years. Hearing Aid Accessories was established in late 2019, and Joy expressed her interest in the company by applying for a position. She thoroughly impressed in her interview and was officially hired as the Business Development Manager for Hearing Aid Accessories in July 2020. This is her journey with Hearing Aid Accessories, from then until now.
Joy rebrands the Hearing Aid Accessories logo, packaging and monthly marketing promotions.
Twitter page launched for Hearing Aid Accessories (HA_Accessories)
Hearing Aid Accessories had its biggest growth due to Joy implementing permanent new procedures such as all day customer service availability and lower postage costs.
Instagram page launched for Hearing Aid Accessories (hearing_aid_accessories)

Hearing Aid Accessories went from team of 1 to a team of 3 as Joy hired two new team members: Joanne and Carly.
