Unfortunately, if you need to add additional items to your order you will need to place a new order. You can of course do this via calling us, emailing us or just buy your products online.
Some parcels need to be signed for. As we offer several different delivery options, please view our dedicated delivery and returns page.
Please note that our customer care line and email address is operated Monday – Friday 09.00 to 16.30. If you contact us outside of these times, there may be a short delay before we get back to you.
We endeavour to process orders as soon as they are received. However, please allow up to 14 working days for the delivery of your item. We will attempt to keep you informed of any delays.
Although the payment will have been processed, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
If the item has already been sent, we cannot issue a refund until it is returned to us. Please see our returns policy for more information.
On average a hearing aid battery lasts around 7 days, however this can be reduced if time is spent streaming to another device such as a phone or television.
