We offer several delivery options, including signed for – please choose the method you prefer.

We endeavour to process orders as soon as they are received. However, please allow up to 14 working days for the delivery of your item. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Please contact us ASAP on 0116 262 3279 or, if you wish to cancel your order. Although the payment will have gone through, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. If the item has already been sent, we cannot issue a refund until it is returned to us. Please see our returns policy for more information.

On average a hearing aid battery lasts around 7 days, however, this can be shortened if you often spend time streaming to another device i.e Phone or Television.
