Returns are to be made within 14 days of receipt of the product to Hearing Aid Accessories (A part of Hear4U & Healthscreen LTD), 227 Hinckley Road, Leicester LE3 0TG. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return an item. The cost of returning the items is payable to you and will not be reimbursed by us. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Certain items are excluded for hygiene reasons. This includes custom products such as CENS, and hearing protection products. Please ask about purchasing the products of our returns policy if you are unsure.
We do not offer a loan or trial service and our offer of refund does not apply if you have used the product other than to assess whether it is satisfactory. We reserve the right to make a repackaging charge or refuse a refund if the product is not returned to us in a tidy and clean condition.
Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. All products must be returned in excellent condition and will be checked over before any refund is given. If the product is sent back in poor condition you will receive the product back and be charged the shipping fee.
UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class):
All deliveries in the UK are made using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch the same working day for orders made before 12pm. Standard delivery is expected to take approximately 3-5 working days.
First Class Signed For Delivery
First-class delivery is available for an additional fee and we aim to dispatch the same working day for orders made before 12pm. All orders will require your signature, which is provided upon request and after proof of identity is confirmed.
All international deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and as such is subject to delivery rules and restrictions in the receiving country. Hearing Aid Accessories claims no responsibility if the package is transferred to a local delivery service. We charge a standard rate of £15 for all deliveries outside of the UK including the European Union, this is subject to change depending on the outcome of Brexit.
All our products are available on backorder if the item is not in stock. This requires payment for the product and will be dispatched when the item becomes available. If for any reason a backorder product is discontinued and you have made backorder purchase with us, we can either provide in-store credit on your account or a refund (subject to terms and conditions).
Hearing Aid Accessories is determined to fulfil all orders sent to us on time, however we recognise there are times when your product may be delayed. The COVID-19 outbreak is one such example with it affecting The Royal Mail. If ordering first class shipping, a tracking number will be provided, and we will endeavour to update customers on delays.
If you experience a delay and have opted for second class delivery, please contact our staff by either email or by telephone about your order and provide identification such as a driving license or passport. We can then enquire with Royal Mail about your order on your behalf.
Delivery estimates are subject to any product conditions and Royal Mail operating procedures such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather and natural disasters.
