This is an extra base station to supplement your existing Widex TV DEX. If you want to be able to use your TV DEX on more than one television you can buy an extra base station, one for your TV downstairs and another one for your TV upstairs! You only need one TV DEX; however, you can have several base stations.

How to use:

The TV-Base plugs into the power source and television using the power supply and cables provided.

Once the base stations are linked up to each TV, simply place the TV DEX onto the base station attached to the TV you want to watch, wait for 10 seconds until it registers with that specific base.

The TV DEX is then registered to that base. You will then only hear audio streaming wirelessly from that TV until you do the same in reverse with the other TV.

The Widex TV-DEX additional base station does not need to be paired to your Widex hearing aids for it to work. Once your hearing aids have been paired to the original TV DEX you can add additional base stations later without pairing again.

The Widex TV-Dex is compatible with Widex Evoke*, Beyond/Beyond Z, Unique*, Dream* and Super.

*except for CIC microdevices.

If you are unsure about your device’s compatibility, then please get in touch with our dedicated support staff.

Got my first base unit up and running but it appears you have to get your audiologist to pair it with your hearing aids, might be better if that was made clear in the advertising blurb ! Works really well so decided to get an additional base. Cant seem to get it to work with the audio out socket ( as with the main unit) so stuck for ideas at the moment. Had to use the scart adapter for the main unit but no scart socket on second TV ( HELP). Hearing Aid Accessories were very easy to deal with and great help from Samantha in customer services.
