Phonak Naida V-RIC hearing aids have the receiver placed directly within the ear canal. This design makes them open to earwax and debris buildup, so regular cleaning is essential for keeping best performance.

Receiver and Domes:

  • If domes are detachable from the receiver, then remove them and soak in for half an hour in a special cleaning cup.
  • Later, rinse them well and let it dry fully and replace the dome.
  • Use soft brush to remove dirt from the wax guards and sound exit.

Hearing Aid Body:

  • Hearing aids have specifically cleaning wipesto clean the main body.
  • Do not use household cleaners on your hearing aids device.

Storage:

  • When not in use, place your hearing aids in dry and cool case.
