Description
This charger is a 3-in-1 unit that charges, dries, and provides UV-C maintenance during the same cycle; it has charging bays that hold the hearing aids securely, while the receivers sit inside the dedicated maintenance compartment. You simply place your hearing aids inside, position the receivers properly and close the lid. A full charge takes approximately four hours; a quick top-up takes 30 minutes and provides approximately four hours of hearing aid use.
It has a drying and UV-C maintenance cycle that runs during charging and takes 30 minutes; a light indicator displays the progress of this cycle. Opening the lid pauses the maintenance process, but charging continues; the maintenance cycle restarts after the lid is closed. The charging indicators also display the battery status of each hearing aid. If it is flashing green, the battery level is below 40%; glowing green shows a level above 40%, and solid green shows that it is fully charged.
The hearing aids automatically switch off when placed in the charger and switch on again shortly after you remove them. The WPC101 requires a suitable power connection during use and does not have an internal power bank.

How to use:
- Connect the cable and adaptor to the charger and the main socket.
- Wait for the indicator lights to flash white five times; then the charger is ready for use.
- Place the left and right hearing aids into their matching charging wells.
- Position the receivers properly inside the maintenance compartment.
- Close the lid to begin the charging and maintenance cycle.
- Check the light indicators to know the charging and maintenance status.
- Wait for a solid green charging light to confirm a full charge.
- Open the lid and remove each hearing aid by holding its body; avoid pulling the receiver wires.
- Wait a few seconds for the hearing aids to switch on.
