Starkey StarLink Charger 2.0 for Genesis AI and Edge AI hearing aids (mRIC or RIC RT)

Description

The StarLink Charger 2.0  is the new charger for Genesis AI and Edge AI mRIC or RIC RT hearing aids.

Charging:

It is recommended that you fully charge your hearing aids before using them.

To charge your hearing aids simply;

1. Plug your charger into an external power source  (the indicator lights will turn white when your charger is connected). You’re now ready to charge.
2. Place your hearing aids in the charging slot, the right indicator light turns ON for 2 seconds when you insert the right hearing aid. The left indicator light turns ON for 2 seconds when you insert the left hearing aid.
3. Rest the earbuds or earmolds in the open earbud/earmold space. Your hearing aids will turn OFF and start charging.

Please Note: The StarLink Charger 2.0 does not contain an internal battery and must remain connected to an external power source while in use.

How to use:

To use the Starkey StarLink Charger 2.0 , simply place your hearing aids into the open earbud space.  The devices will automatically switch off when placed inside the charger.

You are able to check the charging status of your hearing aids using the indicator lights on the inside of the charger.

Compatibility:

The StarLink Charger 2.0 is compatible with the new Genesis AI and Edge AI mRIC or RIC RT hearing aids.

Please note this device is NOT compatible with Starkey custom aids which are fitted with custom moulds. For custom/ITC/ITE aids, we recommend the Starkey StarLink Custom Charger 2.0 or the Starkey StarLink Premium Customer Charger 2.0 (with on-board battery)
