Dr David Baguley is Consultant Clinical Scientist and Head of Audiology at Addenbrooke’s NHS Hospital Trust, Cambridge, and Raine Visiting Professor, University of Western Australia. Laurence McKenna is a consultant clinical psychologist at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital, London. Don J McFerran is a consultant otologist at Essex County Hospital, Colchester.
