(6 customer reviews)

$40.24

The SureFit 2 receivers are compatible with GN ReSound ENYA, LiNX², Linx3D, LiNX Quattro & Key receiver-in-canal hearing aids and are available in various sizes and power levels.

For help in knowing which receiver to choose your existing receiver may have all the answers. Each receiver is coloured coded and features printed numbers on the side.

GnResound recently changed the design on their SF2 Receivers and these are now called SF2 B & SF2 C. SF 2 B are now the discontinued version, thus “when they’re gone, they’re gone”. Not to worry as the SF2 C is still compatible with the same hearing aid, you would just require to use a different style of dome.

Description

Receiver wires do become worn after time. Due to the amount of time you can wear your hearing aid changing your receiver wire can provide you with a consistent audio performance.

Receivers on average can last up to 6-12 months, this does depend on your amount of use. Especially if you remove and insert your hearing aids daily.

If your audio quality begins to reduce we recommend maintaining your hearing aids by changing your wax filters and replacing you receiver wire.

Difference Between B & C:

GnResound recently changed the design on their SF2 Receivers and these are now called SF2 B & SF2 C. SF 2 B are now the discontinued version, thus “when they’re gone, they’re gone”. Not to worry as the SF2 C is still compatible with the same hearing aid, you would just require to use a different style of dome.

SF 2 B = Dark Grey Dome, GnResound SureFit Domes

SF 2 C = Light Grey Dome, GnResound SureFit 3 Dome/ReSound ONE Domes.

Here is an illustration to help.

Compatibility:

These SureFit 2 B & SureFit 2 C receivers are only compatible with the GN ReSound ENYA, LiNX², Linx3D, LiNX Quattro & Key hearing aid.

How to change your GN Resound receivers

This video brilliantly demonstrates how to change your GN Resound receiver, we will be creating our own video demonstrating this soon!

Sport Locks for your receivers: (Sold Separately)

These are thin flexible plastic attachments which slide onto the receiver to help achieve a snug fit inside your ear area. If you’re very active these help to reduce you hearing aid from moving during use.

Choose the same power of sports lock as receiver wire, for example, High Power (HP) lock for High Power receiver.

To insert a hearing aid with a sports lock:

  1. Insert the hearing aid as usual
  2. Tuck the sports lock into the bottom of the concha (the part of your ear just outside the ear canal)
