Sometimes, hearing aids can be surprisingly powerful. However, it’s not always necessary to hear everything at a higher volume all the time. With these specialized damper filters, you can make sure that your ears are kept safe and protected from potentially obtrusive sounds. In addition, they are also designed to stop moisture and ear wax from getting into your hearing aids.

How to Use:

The Oticon Damper filters are used in the ear hook on Behind-the-Ear hearing aids. This provides an acoustic filter which helps shape the frequency response.

If you experience little or reduced sound, this may mean the damper has been clogged and should be replaced. See below for instructions.

Compatibility:

The Oticon Damper filters are used with Oticon Standard Ear Hooks which can be found here.

They are for selected BTE (Behind the Ear) hearing aids, such as the Spirit Synergy and Opn S.
