Improving Conversations in Noisy Environments
Joining Virtual Meetings & Gaming
- Pair your hearing aid via Bluetooth with your favourite system.
- Phonak Roger On 3 – Microphone Transmitter
Since the Phonak Audeo M-312T is a receiver-in-canal (RIC) type, the receiver is positioned inside the ear canal. Because of their design, they are prone to earwax and debris accumulation, so maintaining optimal performance requires routine cleaning.
Receiver and Domes:
- If the dome is detachable, remove it from the receiver.
- Soak the dome for half an hour in a special cleaning cup that is two-thirds full of warm water.
- Rinse well, let dry fully, and then replace the dome.
- To remove dirt from the wax guards and sound exit, use a soft brush or wax pick.
Hearing Aid Body
- Use cleaning wipes made specifically for hearing aids to clean the main body.
- Steer clear of water and household cleaners that could harden the interior parts.
Storage
- Store your hearing aid in a clean, dry case when not in use.
- For extra protection, use a drying box or dehumidifier to remove moisture and prolong the lifespan of your device.
