Phonak’s ComPilot II is the all-around gadget for improving your phone and entertainment listening experience. Being able to connect to Bluetooth devices, it allows you to answer and stream mobile phone calls to your hearing aids without having to take your phone out of your pocket when wearing the ComPilot II neck loop.

The high-quality streamed sound will enable you to hear with less concentration during phone calls from multiple paired phones. With caller name announcement and SMS announcement alerts, you are well equipped to carry on with your busy lifestyle, whilst being confident you will not miss out on any important communication.

Stream Anytime, Anywhere

Sound can be streamed from any audio device which can utilise a 3.5mm audio input cable, allowing you to enjoy listening to music and other audio from an MP3 or similar device.

Simply insert the end of the audio cable into the ComPilot II and the other end into the headphone socket on your audio player and start your chosen music, podcast or TV show.

You can use the main button on the ComPilot II to stop and start the streaming. You can also stream audio and music via Bluetooth from your mobile phone. For instructions on how to pair your mobile phone to the ComPilot II for use with calls and music refer to the user guide.

Pair with Other Devices

The Phonak ComPilot II is the gateway gadget for the use of other Phonak assistive listening devices such as the Phonak TVLink II, (for use with the TV) and the Phonak RemoteMic II (for listening to a person in a noisy environment). These are available to buy separately but require the ComPilot II as an intermediate device to connect with the hearing aids. The ComPilot II can also be use with Roger or FM receivers via its direct audio input (Europlug).

You can use the ComPilot II as a remote control, with large buttons for increasing and decreasing the volume as well as changing any programs you have been given. There is a “home” button to the side of the device, for use when you wish to return to the start-up volume level and program. Please note that before the remote-control functionality of the ComPilot II can be used, your hearing care professional must enable it in the programming settings of the hearing aid. If you wish to use this function, please check with your hearing aid provider that they can do this before purchasing the ComPilot II.

The ComPilot II is only compatible with the following Phonak Venture & Belong hearing aids: Audéo V, Bolero V, Virto V (excluding nano and NW 0), Naida V, Sky V, CROS II, Audéo B, Bolero B, Nathos Auto, Sync HP and Sync Micro hearing aids. Please note that the Phonak ComPilot II does not operate with non Phonak hearing aids.

  1. Alasdair Roy (verified owner)

I was quite skeptical about this purchase, wondering why a Bluetooth device to connect hearing aids would cost so much. But since receiving it promptly from the website (next day delivery) it has changed my life, I can finally hear music like I used to, hear words during phone calls and it connects to almost anything that uses Bluetooth. A brilliant peice of kit with excellent features!

Very happy with this, it was really easy to set up and I can now do away with bulky headphones! It also paired direct with on of my TVs.
