Phonak Sky V-RIC hearing aids have the receiver placed directly within the ear canal. This design makes them open to earwax and debris buildup, so regular cleaning is essential for keeping best performance.

Receivers and Domes:

  • Remove the dome and gently clean it using a specialised hearing aid cleaning solution
  • Use a brush or wax pick to clear any debris from the sound outlet.

Hearing Aid Body

  • Clean the main body of the hearing aid using wipes designed specifically for hearing aids.
  • Avoid using water or household cleaning products, as they may damage the device.
