The Starkey StarLink 2.4 GHz Remote Control 2.0 is part of the new accessory group Starkey have developed to work with the Genesis AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio range. The 2.4GHz Remote Control allows you to make changes to the volume, programs and also a features a ‘favourite’ button to allow quick access to preferred settings. The Starkey StarLink 2.4GHz 2.0 has been redesigned with users in mind to make it easy and simple to use.

How to use:

For this remote to interact with your Genesis AI ,Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio hearing aid(s), you must first pair it with each hearing aid. You only need to pair once, as they should automatically recognise each other when both are powered on and within wireless operating range.

Compatible with Starkey Genesis AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio hearing aids. Do note that this model appears very similar to the Surflink Remote Control. However, the latter device is compatible with the older generation of Starkey hearing aids. You can find out more about it here.
