PartnerMic allows you to stay in the heart of a conversation, never missing a beat. By using its AirStream™ technology to provide energy-efficient audio streaming to a pair of Phonak Paradise or Marvel hearing aids, you can enjoy flawless transmission direct to your hearing aids.

How to use:

Once you have initially successfully paired your PartnerMic with your hearing aids, both devices will automatically connect each time you wish to use them from then on.

Pairing the ParterMic is incredibly easy. Simply switch on your hearing aid(s) and start the PartnerMic. Afterward, hold it within 4 inches (10cm) of the hearing aid. The pairing process is completed when the indicator light turns a solid green. Furthermore, you will also hear a confirmation tone in your hearing aid(s) to signify a completed pairing.

The PartnerMic is worn by a conversational partner, either clipped onto their clothing or on the lanyard provided. Once secured, for optimal performance place the PartnerMic 8 inches (20cm) below the wearer’s mouth.

Once paired, the voice from your partner is then transmitted directly into your hearing aids up to 80 feet (25 metres) away. If your partner then goes out of range, the audio will automatically reconnect when they return.

The rechargeable mic requires no batteries, making this an extremely cost-effective item in your listening system. Indeed, your PartnerMic can be fully charged within 2 hours and has a battery use time of up to 6.

Compatibility:

The Phonak Partner Mic is compatible with Phonak Marvel or Paradise hearing aids. Although no additional receivers are required, however we highly recommend checking with your audiologist for additional programming which may be required.

The volume of the PartnerMic can be adjusted with the multi-function button on your hearing aid or, alternatively, from the Remote Control functions within the myPhonak app (available for both Android and iOS).
