We are so thrilled to announce the launch of our US website: www.hearingaidacccessory.com. This was always our plan, but how did it come to fruition?
Not long after Hearing Aid Accessories was first established back in early 2019, we decided to broaden our horizons by joining other marketplace platforms. We joined Amazon UK in November 2019, and eBay in January 2020, and our success on these platforms encouraged us to expand onto the global shipping programs for these marketplaces.
Our UK website does offer international shipping, but our presence on other marketplace platforms demonstrated just how little hearing equipment appears to be available in the US market. We receive countless testimonials from American customers thanking us for our service, and for providing them with items that they hadn’t been able to get hold of in the US:

So, we took this as an opportunity to create a .com domain: www.hearingaidaccessory.com. This means that US customers can order from a website that is Americanised and therefore more familiar to them. This website further increases the accessibility to items that are hard to acquire in the US. Around 37.5 million adults report trouble hearing in the US, and 28.8 million of these could benefit from using hearing aids. With the launch of this website, we will be able to identify other problems faced by those with hearing difficulties and work away in the background to create solutions.
This is evidently another huge growth factor for Hearing Aid Accessories alongside the launch of our app next month!
